    BALANCING IT OUT

    There's always a plus
    or minus discrepancy
    when I try to balance
    my checkbook
    It never fails no matter
    what calculations I try
    nor does it make sense
    one month to the next
    Nothing carries over &
    every transaction is
    registered & checked
    His girlfriend called this morning
    Maybe I forgot to add in
    the interest
