where the wild things are Nila NorthSun i started painting the guest room to accomodate my grandson & anybody else that every wants to stay the night with the theme 'where the wild things are' i started with different colored walls khaki, teal, and pale blue i'll copy blowups of the monsters swinging from the trees i'll make fake trees of silk plants i'll line shelves with weirdo stuff animals that i make myself from old socks having already paid $35 for a square chunk of felt with one eye at the haight/ashbury thinking i can do better than this i want to create an environment for this baby, then toddler, then scruffy boy & any visitors little do they realize the 'wild thing' is in the adjoining bedroom snoring loudly. -nila northSun
